I own a house in the Valleyview Subdivision. It is in bad need of foundation work. It is a ranch on a slab. Since I know it to be a common problem in my area, I was hoping someone else who may have already encountered this has had it repaired with good results and might then be able to suggest to me who they used for the work. I would prefer that this suggested business be licensed, bonded and in business for a long time along with warrantying their work. Additionally, if they (the contractee) had the work done quite a while ago and it continues to be in good shape then that would be even better because it might prove to me that their work was good enough to stand up to the test of time. Because this is such a pricey job with the potential for repeat problems, I just thought word of mouth was the best way to seek a business out.
